Administration of Deceased Estates
A deceased estate comes into existence when a person dies leaving property, with or without a valid Will. Such Estate must be administered and distributed in terms of the deceased’s Will or failing a valid Will, in terms of the Intestate Succession Act, 81 of 1987.
We aim to finalise a Deceased Estate within 1 (ONE) year of being appointed, to help our clients achieve closure with the least amount of pain and inconvenience.
