Administration of Deceased Estates

A deceased estate comes into existence when a person dies leaving property, with or without a valid Will. Such Estate must be administered and distributed in terms of the deceased’s Will or failing a valid Will, in terms of the Intestate Succession Act, 81 of 1987.

We aim to finalise a Deceased Estate within 1 (ONE) year of being appointed, to help our clients achieve closure with the least amount of pain and inconvenience.

Should the family require bridging finance, we are able to assist with this too through one of our Associates.

We specialise in:

  • Administration of Deceased Estates
  • Estate Planning
  • Trusts

It is essential for every adult to have a valid Will. A Will is a legal document in which a person, the Testator, gives instructions for the disposal of his assets after his death. Where clients have minor children, it is essential to provide for their Guardianship, maintenance and well-being.

We have streamlined this service to minimise any inconvenience to you.
